Makes: 30 cookies
You Will Need:
- Large bowl
- Small bowl
- Fork
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheets
Ingredients:
- 5 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free, quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas
- Stir in the vanilla extract
- In a smaller dish, mix together the spices and baking powder
- Add the spices to the bananas and mix well
- Stir in the oats (and dark chocolate chips)
- Spoon the batter onto the baking sheets – making 1 inch wide cookies
- Cook for 20 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
