A complete step-by-step guide for Mission 1: The Mystery Unfolds.

1. Talk to Aunt Arctic and say, “You look familiar. Aren’t you the editor of the Club Penguin Times?” Then ask, “Can you tell me if there are any special events going on?” Finally, say, “Can you tell me where I can find a copy?”
2. Enter the Coffee Shop. Move to the left and click on the newspaper on the coffee table.
3. Click “I think I’ll take a break to read the newspaper.” After reading, exit the newspaper.
4. Click on the blue Puffle jumping up and down.
5. Click on the penguin behind the coffee counter and say, “Can you take a look at this postcard the Puffle gave me?”
6. Open your inventory and drag the piece of paper to the penguin behind the counter. Then click “Thanks for the help.”
7. Exit the Coffee Shop and head to the Snow Forts. Click on the snowman.
8. Move to the right and click on the blue penguin. Select “I’ll see what I can do.”
9. Click on the blue Puffle.
10. Click on the target on the clock tower.
11. Choose “Well, it’s not my Puffle, I don’t even know where it came from.”
12. Click “Umm… yeah, sure. It’s right there… I can do that…”
13. Drag the hat from your inventory to the blue penguin.
14. Ask, “Do you know anyone named D?”
15. Click “That’s too bad. I keep finding these postcards signed by someone named D.”
16. Click “Thank you, I’ll keep that in mind.”
17. Drag the second piece of paper from your inventory to the blue penguin.
18. Head to the Plaza, click on the mailbox, then return to the Snow Forts.
19. Drag the third piece of paper to the blue penguin. Then go to the Dock.
20. Click on the three inner tubes.
21. Arrange the paper pieces to form a complete map.
22. Drag the completed map from your inventory to the yellow penguin.
23. Go to the Beach and enter the Lighthouse.
24. Click on the barrel in the middle of the floor.
25. Select “AHH! DID WHAT? What in the world are you doing?”
26. Click “Wait, let me guess… I can call you D?”
27. Click “Wait, how do you know my name? What is this all about?”
28. Choose “But everyone has heard of the Penguin Secret Agents! They watch over Club Penguin. They’re pretty important.”
29. Click “Wow, nice! That sounds like an awesome job.”
30. Ask, “The riddles were a test? Will there be more tests?”
31. Click “What’s there to consider? I’m ready to join the EPF right now.”
32. Open your map and travel to the Dojo. Click on D.
33. Select “Not right now, but I’m sure I will have a question or two.”
34. Finally, click “I want to join the EPF.”
