A complete step-by-step guide for Mission 1: Case of the Missing Puffles.

1. Click on Aunt Arctic, and she’ll tell you about her missing green and purple puffles.
2. Go to the Ice Rink. Use your spy phone (in your inventory) or the map in the top-left corner to travel there. Move to the right, pick up the photos on the ice, and add them to your inventory.
3. Return the Photos. Head back to Aunt Arctic’s Igloo on the map and give her the puffle photos.
4. Visit the Pet Shop. Move left and click the note pinned to the roof of the puffle house (bottom left).
5. Click Code in the bottom-right corner to open the code translator and decode the note.
6. Most of the message is always the same, but one part changes each mission. It will read: “G HAS [decoded number] PAIRS OF SOCKS.” Use the translator to figure out how many socks G has.
7. Talk to G in the Sport Shop. When he asks if he can get you something, click “Yes, please!”
8. Click “Do you have any SPECIAL items?”
9. Type the number of sock pairs you decoded earlier and click “This is my answer!”
10. If correct, G will let you see his spy gadgets.
11. Take the Life Preserver Shooter and add it to your inventory. (Leave the Grappling Hook for now.)
12. Travel to the Iceberg. Use the Life Preserver Shooter to save the stranded penguins. Pay attention to the wind speed and direction, adjusting your aim carefully.
13. After saving them, you can click the penguins to talk with them, especially the green penguin on the left
14. Return for the Grappling Hook. Go back to the Sport Shop and pick up the Grappling Hook.
15. Head to the Ski Mountain. Talk to the brown penguin. He’ll ask you to repair his telescope.
16. Open your Spy Phone, click the red blinking light, and select the Wrench tool.
17. Use the Wrench on the telescope. Then look through it, moving left until you see the green puffle flying near the Tallest Mountain.
18. Travel to the Tallest Mountain. Take the Grappling Hook from your inventory and toss it to the peak.
19. At the top, you’ll find Aunt Arctic’s missing green and purple puffles.
20. Finish the Mission. Return to Aunt Arctic to give back her puffles.
