How do I change my chat mode?
If you’d like to change your chat mode, you’ll need your parent’s permission. Ask your parent to log into their Parent Account. Then select the penguin name to edit the account information.
If they don’t already have a Parent Account, they’ll want to create one.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to permanently remove your account please contact Club Penguin’s Player Support Team.
Only free players can have their penguin account permanently deleted. The account must also have been inactive for the last 90 days.
Can I change my penguin name?
Unfortunately not. Penguin names can’t be changed once created. To get a new penguin name, you’ll need to create a whole new penguin.
Why does my penguin name show up as a bunch of numbers?
When you first create your penguin, your name will show up as a series of numbers after the letter P, e.g. P12345678. Don’t worry this is just temporary.
Penguin names must be approved by our moderation team. Our team tries to review names within two days. If it’s been more than three days since you activated your penguin account, contact Club Penguin’s Player Support Team.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is simple, and we recommend doing it every so often to help keep your account safe. Change your Password.
Remember to keep your password a secret. If you share your password with someone, they could log into your account and spend your coins, change your igloo, or get your penguin banned.
How do I change my email address?
If you’d like to change the parent email address for your penguin account, the adult who created the account will need to contact Club Penguin’s Player Support Team. They’ll ask some questions to help verify your account before changing your email address.
