What do I do if I don’t have an activation code?

If you can’t find your activation code, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Ask your parent to check their email for the activation code from Club Penguin
  • They may need to look in their junk mail folder as sometimes emails get sorted in there
  • If they can’t find the activation email we can resend the activation code

Can you resend me my activation code?

Absolutely! Here’s what you need to do:

  • Visit our Find my Activation Code page and enter your penguin name and email address
  • Make sure emails from support@clubpenguin.com are not blocked. Some email providers may automatically put emails from us into your junk or bulk mail folder. 

If you’ve resent the activation email and still can’t find your activation code, you may need to create another penguin.

How do I activate my account?

Activating your account is easy. 

  • Ask your parent to check their email for an activation code from Club Penguin

  • If they can’t find the activation email we can resend the activation code

To activate your account, you will need the email sent to the parent email address used to create your penguin account.
