How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Redeeming your gift certificate is simple!

Just make sure you have the gift certificate number, your penguin account name, and password
Then go to our Activation page

What values are available from membership cards?

You can get membership cards in 1, 3, 6, and 12 month values.

How do I activate a Disney gift card?

Activate your Disney gift card by going to the Membership page.

If your default country doesn’t have the Disney gift card as a payment option, try selecting ‘US’.

Do membership cards expire?

Nope! Membership cards have no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you like!

We’d hate for you to misplace a membership card though, so you can always add the membership card to your account whenever you’d like. This means you can activate two different 6 month membership cards at the same time, and you’ll get a full year of membership.

Can I add more than one Membership Card to my account?

Yes! You can add a new Membership Card to your account at any time.

For example, let’s say you purchased a 6 month Membership Card, but still have 1 month left on your current membership. You can add the 6 Membership Card to your account at anytime and you’ll get the full time you’ve paid for!

This means you can even purchase two 6 month Membership Cards and activate them at the same time to enjoy a full year of membership.

Where can I buy gift certificates?

You can buy Club Penguin gift certificates online. Visit our online gift certificate to purchase a 6 or 12 month membership.

You’ll need an adult’s permission to complete the purchase of a gift certificate.
