What happens to the penguin after cancellation?
Don’t worry, if your membership is canceled, your penguin account will remain active and you’ll still be able to log in and play in Club Penguin.
However, all member-only items will be placed into your storage and won’t be usable. If you sign up for a new membership you’ll be able to access them again.
You’ll be able to use any items you unlocked from the Treasure Book and will also be able to care for any puffles you’ve adopted.

How do I cancel my membership?
We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership, please visit our Cancel Membership page.
Membership cancellations only apply to recurring memberships. These memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership term. If you are unsure if you have a recurring membership you can find out by logging into your Parent Account or email our Billing Team.
You can cancel your membership at any time and you’ll still get the full membership period you purchased. So if you purchased a 6 month membership and decide to cancel after 5 months, you’ll still get the full 6 months of membership.
We recommend that you cancel at least 4 days before your next billing date. When your membership has been canceled we’ll send you an email to confirm. You can also check membership status by logging into your Parent Account.
Canceling a membership requires the penguin account name and password. If you don’t know your password, please visit Forgot Password to have it emailed to you.
