What is a moderator?
Our team of Club Penguin moderators look after penguins to help everyone have a fun and safe time online.
Some of the things a moderator does are:
- Approve penguin names
- Review chat logs and incident reports
- Monitor in world chat and activities
- Answer parent and kid emails
How can I help keep Club Penguin safe?
By helping to keep Club Penguin safe, everyone can have a fun time online!
- Penguins should never use inappropriate language
- Penguins should never give out any personal information, including your real name, age, location, phone number or school
- Join the EPF and become an agent to keep the island safe from villains such as Herbert and the Ultimate Protobot
- Club Penguin has a team of moderators who approve penguin names, respond to emails, monitor rooms and review chat logs
- If you see a penguin breaking the Club Penguin Rules, you can report them to a moderator by clicking on them, and selecting the moderator badge on their player card
