Aqua Grabber

Where: Click on the Aqua Grabber, located at the Iceberg.

Instructions:

Choose between two levels: Clam Waters or Soda Seas
Use your arrow keys to move your Aqua Grabber through the water
Use your spacebar to grab the pearls or cream soda barrels

Tips and Tricks:

Take your pink puffle in the game with you – they’ll blow bubbles to help you stay underwater longer
When playing the Time Trial Mode, you only need to collect the main treasure for the level

Astro Barrier

Where: In the Dance Lounge, above the Night Club in the Town.

Instructions:

Use the arrow keys to move your spaceship
Shoot the moving targets using the spacebar

Tips and Tricks:

Aim carefully – you only have a limited number of shots
Hit the blue targets to gain extra lives
There are over 30 levels to play

Bean Counters

Where: Click on the java bag in the Coffee Shop, located in the Town.

Instructions:

Catch the bags as they are tossed out of the truck
Move to the left side of the screen and click on your penguin to successfully unload the bags
Avoid the anvils, fish and flower pots

Tips and Tricks:

Penguins can only carry up to five bags at a time
Unload all five trucks to earn bonus coins
Spoiler Alert: There is a secret Jelly Bean mode to this game!

Bits & Bolts

Where: In the Dance Lounge above the Dance Club, located in the Town.

Instructions:

Click and combine bolts to match the required number
Match the correct multiples of bolts to build a piece of the robot
Completed robots will launch a blast ball to help clear the screen
Some robots need special formulas of bolts to build, such as even, odd or prime numbers
For more help on how to play, see the instructions on the start screen of this game

Tips & Tricks:

Save your blast balls until you really need them!
Don’t let the bolts reach the top of the screen

Card-Jitsu

Where: Inside the Dojo.

Instructions:

Use your map to go to the Dojo Courtyard
Sensei will give you a starter deck
Go into the Dojo and speak to Sensei to start a game of Card-Jitsu
Take turns choosing a card from your deck to battle

Tips and Tricks:

Fire melts Snow, Water extinguishes Fire, Snow freezes Water
A player wins by collecting one of each element with three different color cards, or with three of the same element in three different colors
You can challenge a friend to a game of Card-Jitsu on the practice mats

Card-Jitsu Fire

Where: In the Dojo

Instructions:

Click on the door to the Fire Dojo
To start a match, click on a practice mat or speak to Sensei
On your turn, select the stone to determine the spaces you can move (you’ll have two options)
Choose your tile
Land on a fire, water or snow square – players will battle using that element
Land on an Amulet square – the player who lands on the square chooses the element to be played
Land on a battle square – the player can choose an opponent and battles in a round of Card-Jitsu
Land on a square that already has another player on it – the two players battle in a round of Card-Jitsu

Tips and Tricks:

The player who wins the individual battle will not lose any energy
The players who lose individual battles will each lose one energy
If you directly challenge one player, the player who won gains one energy while the player who lost loses one energy
If your opponent selects an element card that you don’t have, get rid of your lowest numbered card
If you’re playing and someone quits, you get the experience points. If you quit, you don’t get any points.

Card-Jitsu Snow

Where: In the Dojo

Instructions:

Ninjas start on the left and snowmen on the right.
Penguins and snowmen take turns, with each turn allowing one move and one action (attack, heal, revive, or play a card).
Blue tiles show movement range, and white targets indicate actions.
Actions and damage charge a power meter, granting power cards when full.
Power cards deal damage or heal in a 3×3 area when played on red-highlighted tiles.
Snowmen disappear when defeated, while fallen players must be revived.
Defeat all snowmen in three rounds to win, or lose if all players are stuck in the snow.

Tips and Tricks:

Power Cards: Deal double damage, impact 9 tiles.
Block paths to protect the Snow Ninja.
Combo: Two Power Cards in one turn.
Each turn: move + act (attack, revive, or Power Card).
Actions charge your power meter; full meter = Power Card.Hold 4 Power Cards max—play one to get more.
Use Power Cards to hit multiple enemies.
Revive teammates but clear enemies first.
Spread out near Scrap, get close to Sly, and avoid clustering near Tank.
Snow Ninja: Heal, revive, and stay at range.

Card-Jitsu Water

Where: In the Dojo.

Instructions:

Click on the door to the Water Dojo
To start a match, click on a practice mat or speak to Sensei
Race opponents across tiles to the gong at the end
Use your Card-Jitsu cards to battle the elements and move ahead

Tips and Tricks:

Snow beats Water, Water beats Fire, Fire beats Snow
Use higher numbered cards to defeat strong elements
Using a water card on a water tile will increase the element strength of that tile
Power Cards can effect the surrounding tiles as well

Cart Surfer

Where: Click on the mine cart in the Mine, Underground.

Instructions:

Use your arrow keys and spacebar to perform tricks
Click on ‘Instructions’ inside the game to get tips on how to perform the best tricks

Tips and Tricks:

Take your black puffle into the game with you to earn extra coins!
Perform different tricks to earn more points

Catchin’ Waves

Where: In the Surf Shack at the Cove.

Instructions:

Choose from four different surf modes: Surf Lesson, Freestyle, Competition or Survival
Use your mouse to surf up and down the wave
Use your arrow keys to perform tricks
For help, select the Surf Lesson and follow the instructions

Tips and Tricks:

Take your red puffle into the game to earn more points
Surfboard upgrades are available in the Catchin’ Waves catalog
Purchased surfboards can be be found in your Inventory under Hand Items

Dance Contest

Where: In the Dance Club in the Town.

Instructions:

Click on the Dance Contest Poster on the wall
Choose single player to play by yourself or multi-player to compete against other penguins
Choose your difficulty level
Press the arrow keys when they line up with the arrows on the top of your screen
Enter the game and click ‘How to Play’ for a tutorial

Tips and Tricks:

Earn combo points by successfully hitting the correct arrow keys in a row
Take your purple puffle into the game with you to earn more points
To access Expert mode, click on Cadence when she asks you what difficulty level you want

DJ3K

Where: Click on the deck on the stage in the Dance Club, located in the Town.

Instructions:

Choose a track to mix
Click on the equipment to create music
Members can save their own tracks to play in their igloos

Tips and Tricks:

Take your yellow puffle to the game – they will dance and help you earn more coins
The longer you play, the more coins you’ll earn

Find Four

Where: In the Ski Lodge and Lodge Attic in the Ski Village.

Instructions:

Take turns with another player
Stack your pieces to get four in a row, diagonally, vertically or straight across

Tips and Tricks:

Use your pieces to block the other player and stop them getting four in a row

Hydro Hopper

Where: Click on the boat at The Dock.

Instructions:

Use your mouse to move
Click your mouse or use your spacebar to jump
Avoid objects

Tips and Tricks:

Collect life rings for extra lives
There are unlimited levels in Hydro Hopper

Ice Fishing

Where: Click on the back door of the Ski Lodge in the Ski Village.

Instructions:

Use your mouse to lower the lure into the water
Once you’ve hooked a fish, click above the ice to reel it in
Avoid jellyfish, crabs, sharks and other obstacles

Tips and Tricks:

To catch the big red fish, Mullet, you’ll need to use a different bait
To catch grey fish you’ll need a special lure – check the Ice Fishing catalog

Jet Pack Adventure

Where: Go to the top of the Lighthouse at the Beach. Click on the landing pad.

Instructions:

Use your arrow keys to control your jet pack
Collect coins, fuel cans and jet packs
Avoid obstacles like anvils and coffee bags
Complete each level by flying onto a landing pad

Tips and Tricks:

Take your green puffle into the game with you to help collect extra coins
Avoiding all the coins can earn you a bonus and the Ace Pilot stamp!

Mancala

Where: In the Newsroom, above the Coffee Shop in the Town.

Instructions:

The aim of the game is to collect as many stones as you can into your Mancala
Take turns with another player
Click on the groups of stones on your side of the board
Stones will move one by one into the spots around the board
Example: If the group you click on has four stones, one stone will move into each of the next four spots
If the last stone goes in to your Mancala, you get a second turn
If your last stone goes into an empty spot, you capture all the stones from the other player’s opposite spot
The game ends when one player has no more stones on their side
The player with the greatest total of stones in their Mancala, and on their side wins

Tips and Tricks:

Mouse over the stones to see how many are in each spot
For help, read the instructions on the wall of the Newsroom

Paint By Letters

Where: In the Book Room, above the Coffee Shop in the Town.

Instructions:

Type each line to progress through the book
Watch the illustrations fill in as you type
Choose blue words to shape the story and pictures
Finish the book to earn coins and bonuses.

Tips and Tricks:

Click hidden coins in illustrations
Your penguin and puffle colors appear in the game

Penguin Stadium

Instructions:

Get two teams together
Move the puck or soccer ball around by walking into it
The first player to reach the soccer ball or puck will move it
The Stadium changes throughout the year
No coins are awarded in this game

Tips and Tricks:

Wear team jerseys to help know who is on which team
Get five penguins together with the same jersey for Soccer or Hockey and earn a Stamp!

Pizzatron 3000

Where: Click on the kitchen, in the Pizza Parlor, located in the Plaza.

Instructions:

Follow the orders as they appear on the screen
Drag the pizza toppings on to the pizzas as they move along the conveyor belt
Earn coins for complete pizzas

Tips and Tricks:

Spoiler Alert: For a sweet treat, change the Pizzatron 3000 to the secret Candy Mode
Making several correct pizzas in a row will earn you tips
If you make an incorrect pizza you will get to remake it
You can only make five incorrect pizzas
To earn the Food Fiasco stamp you’ll need to make three incorrect pizzas – and make a mess of the kitchen. To do this, drag the toppings over the pizza, then throw them away.

Puffle Launch

Where: In the Pet Shop, located in The Plaza.

Instructions:

Launch your puffle into the sky
Use the spacebar to launch your puffle from the cannons
Press the arrow keys to steer your puffle
You can play with any of the puffles you have adopted
If you haven’t adopted any puffles yet, you’ll be able to play with the daring red puffle

Tips & Tricks:

Collect Puffle O’s and build your own Puffle Launch Cannon
Complete all 36 levels and collect all the Puffle O’s to unlock the Time Trial Mode!

Puffle Rescue

Where: In the Mine, Underground.

Instructions:

Choose between three levels: Snow, Cave or Sea
Use the arrow keys to move your penguin
Find the lost puffles and return to the starting point

Tips and Tricks:

Pay attention to the top of the screen – it will tell you how many puffles to rescue in each level
Successful rescues will earn you extra lives and coins

Puffle Roundup

Where: In the Pet Shop, located in The Plaza.

Instructions:

Click on the Employees door to help round up puffles
Use your mouse to herd puffles into the fenced area
Herd all the puffles before the game ends

Tips and Tricks:

Each type of puffle moves at a different speed from the mouse cursor

Pufflescape

Where: In the Pet Shop, located in the Plaza.

Instructions:

Choose one of your puffles to play with
Collect the Puffle O’berries in each level
Grab the key to unlock the door to the next level
Use your arrow keys to roll through the caves
Use your mouse to drag and rotate moveable objects

Tips and Tricks:

Collecting a Puffle O’berry will unlock the hints for each level
Use the hints to help you collect the Puffle O’berry bunch
Collect the Puffle O’berry bunch to unlock Extreme Mode for that level

Sled Racing

Where: On the Ski Hill.

Instructions:

Choose from four different runs
Use your arrow keys to move your sled

Tips and Tricks:

The Bunny Hill is the easiest run
Ridge Run is the most challenging run
Avoid obstacles such as logs
Use the icy patches to get a speed boost

Smoothie Smash

Where: In the Coffee Shop, located in the Town.

Instructions:

Choose between regular and survival mode
Smash the fruit to make smoothies
Follow the customer’s orders at the bottom of the screen
Use your arrow keys to move along the conveyor belt
Avoid anvils and bombs in survival mode

Tips & Tricks:

Smash correct fruit in a row to earn bonus points
To do a butt bounce press the down arrow key
To jump higher press the up arrow key
Collect the clocks to add more time in regular mode

SoundStudio

Where: In Town, go inside the Dance Club, then click on the DJ booth.

Instructions:

Click on “Make Music”
Select a music style
Click the buttons to add in loops and one-shots
Members can save and share their tracks
No coins are awarded in this game

Tips and Tricks:

Members can play their tracks in their igloo
Members can share their songs in the Dance Club
Everyone can Like songs in the Dance Club

System Defender

Where: Go to the Everyday Phoning Facility in the Ski Village. Then enter the Command Room.

Instructions:

Before you can play you’ll need to take the test to become an EPF agent. Enter the Everyday Phoning Facility and throw a snowball at the target that appears.
Once you’re in the Command Room report to System Defender for duty
Use cannons to stop the invading bots before they destroy the EPF mainframe
Follow the tutorial in game – you’ll earn a Stamp when you complete your training!

Tips & Tricks:

Each color of cannon needs a different amount of energy to build
Each color of cannon is strongest against the same color bot
Gears upgrade your cannons to make them more powerful
The bar along the bottom of the screen will let you know what bots are heading your way and how many

Thin Ice

Where: In the Dance Lounge above the Dance Club, located in the Town.

Instructions:

Use your arrow keys to move the puffle over the ice blocks to melt it
Make your way to the red exit
Melt as many ice blocks as possible
Collect coin bags

Tips and Tricks:

The more ice blocks you melt, the more coins you’ll earn
Try planning your path before you move your puffle
Unlock the hidden treasure room to earn the Iced Treasure Stamp

Treasure Hunt

Where: In the Captain’s Quarters of Rockhopper’s Ship.

Instructions:

This rare game can only be played when Rockhopper’s Ship, The Migrator, is docked at the Beach
Take turns clicking on rows and columns to uncover coins, rubies and a few rare emeralds

Tips and Tricks:

Work with a fellow crew mate to uncover treasure
Anything you earn is shared equally – so work together
Look out for a special edition of Treasure Hunt during the Holidays
