Hello Penguins!

Yesterday we were updating our filters and they were accidentally turned on to block everything. This affected joining, chatting, and naming puffles. We are very sorry if you were affected by this. We fixed it as soon as we could and everything should be back to normal now. Thanks again for your patience with this. It shouldn’t happen again.

Also, the email issues are almost fixed. We heard from AOL this morning that everything should be back to normal in a few days. We are going to keep working hard on this until they fix it once and for all. If you’ve tried to join or had friends who tried to join, please tell them to try again every few days until they get their activation email.

In other news: The ship continues to get closer. I can’t give you many details right now, but I hope to have more soon…
