Hello Penguins!

I just wanted to give all of you a quick update on the hotmail situation. After many long days of working with them and doing everything they asked, they finally admitted that the problem is with Hotmail and not us. It is a total bummer because we are not able to just fix it ourselves but we just have to wait for them to fix it. We are emailing them many times a day to try and keep them working on it.

From what we can tell, it is getting better, and some emails are getting through, but we won’t stop until all of them are fixed!

In the mean time, I would recommend using a different email address like “Gmail” if you need to contact us.

We apologize to those of you who are affected by this and we will work as hard as we can to get them to fix it.
