Hello Penguins,
We have had some people who are having trouble getting their activation codes. We have learned that Yahoo and Hotmail will almost always dump the activation email into the “Bulk” folder or the “Junk” folder. Please check those folders in your email program to find the activation code.
We have also learned that a lot of people enter email addresses that don’t exist or that dont recieve email. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
Also, you must activate your account (through the email) before you can get onto Club Penguin. This has changed from Penguin Chat. If you have tried everything and you still can get on, try this:
Try to login and when you get to the page with that says “Activation Required”
Please click on “lost your code” to get it resent.
If that still doesn’t work, send an email to support@clubpenguin.com
